The Ionian is a set of islands in the Ionian Sea.

The average temperature in the Ionian Islands  range from 10 degrees Celsius (50F) in January to 26 degrees (80F) during July and August. Tourism in the Ionians lasts mainly from May to October with peak months July and August.

The Ionian islands can be reached by plane to the airports of the island or Corfu or Athens Airport and then ferry from Igoumenitsa, Patras and even from Italy by ferry port from Bari, Ancona, and other ports.
