Paxi (Paxos or) is a small quiet island with the Grape belongs to the Ionian Islands with a population of 2,000 residents. The town of Gaios is the capital of the island.
Paxos remain unaltered by the tourism influence with many traditional villages, wonderful beaches, marinas, restaurants, etc. The most populart part is Gaius village with the folklore museum. Also see the beaches Voutoumi and Vrika.

Paxos can be reached by plane to Corfu airport and then by boat or Athens Airport and then drive to Igoumenitsa and then ferry to Paxos or via Brindisi in Italy.
